Craig and Liam will be taking on the Great North Run this year, for the first time ever, for North East based charity if u care share. 

if u care share is an organisation committed to saving lives. The charity aims to prevent suicide, as well as support friends and family effected by suicide. 

The pair are both running in memory of Craig’s Dad, Chris Beard, who sadly committed suicide in January 2020.  

Chris’ passing has left upset and many unanswered questions for his family and friends and that’s not taking away any of the troubles he had himself.  

Any donations, big or small, are all very gratefully received! 

Craig and Liam, who are both non-runners, have been in training over the past couple of months and are aiming to finish the run in under two and half hours. 

If anyone would like to support them along the route and hand them a bottle of beer at the finish line in South Shields we will see you there!  👏🏼
