Story
Myself and Chris have decided to run the full 10-12 mile tough mudder and want to raise some money for this great cause at the same time.
We both want to raise money for Macmillan as we have both had close family effected by cancer, for me it was my Nan Jackie who had cervical cancer which she went into remmision from then came back and attacked her spine and that finally beat her. Then my Dad Darran very recently which was from mesothelioma which is a cancer caused by asbestos which he came in contact with through work at young age. It took him away from are family at the young age of 49. My auntie Sheena has also fought and beat cancer in the last 18 months and had support from macmillian aswell.
Chris lost his Nan to bowel cancer and his Grandad to lung cancer which took them away from his family too early and left a massive hole in there lives.
We would be very greatful if you could dontate to are cause and help raise money for Macmillan whom help familys deal with the devastating news of being told someone you love has cancer. They are there from the start, though the stages of cancer and in the worst case after the cancer has took someone you love.
Every dontation no matter how small or large will go a long way to reach are target of £250 to provided support to familys all over the country who are going though similar experiences or will have to go through this if one of their family members gets cancer.
