Hi Everyone,

Myself and my brother in law Chris are running the Great North Run in 2017 in memory of my Dad who passed away in 2007 after a short battle with cancer. I wanted to mark the 10th year of his passing by doing something a little bit special and Chris thankfully is keeping me company.

We have both been lucky enough to have been offered places to run on behalf of St Theresa's Hospice. The people at St Theresa's are wonderful people and helped care for my Dad in his final days. The care and support they offered to myself and my family at our saddest time will always be remembered and is why I wanted to be able to say thank you as well as giving something back.
