It is with great sadness in our hearts, that we announce the
passing of Costa Loizou, on Tuesday 19^th July 2022, at the age of 83.  He was loved by so many and will leave a huge gap in our lives.  We have been touched by how many calls and texts we have received to show respect and heartfelt condolences.

He showed such incredible strength and fight, surviving Cancer three times and even beating Covid.  However, sadly, we lost him to complications after a severe stroke.  He had an amazing zest for life, which we endeavour to continue and immense love for his family and friends.  Despite the pain of his loss, the great memories we have, will always live on in our hearts. 

Additionally, his son Andrew and Grandson Marios are embarking on a trek up Mount Kilimanjaro at the end of August.  This difficult and amazing feat will be in memory of our Costa as he too faced many challenges and overcame them. 

The impact of Cancer is a devastating one.  The Cancer unit at Guys Hospital went above and beyond with their treatment and care for Costa.  With your support we can help them make further advances in diagnosis and treatment.
