Story
Care Workers have been somewhat sidelined, yet they are also at the frontline of the coronavirus crisis, looking after society's most vulnerable and most susceptible to the disease. If a care worker needs to self-isolate, they will need help. Please donate here, and show you care for the Care Workers.
The Cock of the Broads sailing race is traditionally held on the late May Bank Holiday at Thurne Mouth on the Norfolk Broads. This year, racing being cancelled, the Cork of the Broads, a “Pooh Sticks “ type cork race was the obvious alternative.
The Cork of the Broads trophy was hotly contested by 156 entrants, jostling and bobbing towards the finishing line. Congratulations to the winner, Lady Mary, a beautiful J Class motor launch. Many thanks to all who donated and entered this fun event.
