2 years ago our eldest son Joe contracted Meningitis - Without question this was the single most terrifying experience of my life.  The speed at which the Meningitis virus can overwhelm a small child's immune system is truly astonishing!  

We were fortunate and the symptoms were diagnosed early and despite a week in intensive care Joe received all the treatment he needed to make a full recovery.  Unfortunatley however for many families if the symptoms are not correctly identified the consequences of this life threatening illness are truly devastating.

To help raise both cash and awareness for Meningitis Research we have decided to throw our legs over our bikes and make a bid to cycle from London to Paris!  

Anything you can spare for this worthy cause will be greatly appreciated and will be used to help fund the fantastic work of the Meningities Trust - So a huge thanks in advance from me and the rest of the team for anything you can spare!
