We have chosen the Hospice in the Weald as our companies registered charity and thought we would kick start our fundraising attempts by taking part in the Hever Sprint Triathlon on the 11th July 2012.

For training James and I have been dragging Mr Judge around the lanes of Hadlow during our lunch breaks and then throwing him in the reservoir on Goblands Farm (without arm bands). Surprisngly he has managed to survive and we are now confident we will all finish the Triathlon in respectable times.

All though the training has been hard work, there have been a lot of laughs along the way, especially watching David squeeze himself into a wetsuit and then realising that it's inside out....!
