Colin was treated three times by the wonderful staff on the Ricky Grant and Turner Wards at Torbay Hospital for Noon-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Three years ago when he had his stem-cell transplant he sent out an appeal and together we raised an amazing £6000 which went directly to buy bedside patient monitors.

It was one of Colin's last wishes that we do the same again. I believe the ward are now raising funds for new patient treatment chairs, sometimes having treatment can take many hours and comfortable, reclining chairs are just one small comfort.

If you feel you can donate then I know Colin would have been thrilled and I am sure every patient who sits in one of the new chairs will be very thankful.

In memory of my darling Colin, who fought so bravely and never complained, may his strength and indomitable spirit live on through us. He was my guiding light and my star in the night sky, he may be gone but he will live on in my heart forever.
