Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I've decided to undertake my first half marathon in September, doing The Great Scottish Run in Glasgow. I'm raising donations for a great cause and this has helped to focus me on completing my achievement. I've lost 5 stone in weight and have been exercising hard and feel absolutely fantastic.  I want to share in my success by doing something worthwhile, and the Save the Children fund, which is also the Lloyds Banking Group Charity of the Year is my chosen charity.  I'm determined to complete the course in a good time, and hopefully it won't be the last time I undertake such an event ..... even considering a full marathon in the future.

So if you can spare a few £s, that would be absolutely brilliant.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
