Hi to you all and thank you for your help and support in raising money for these worthwhile charities (Norwood for learning disabilities, Cystic Fibrosis, The Down's Syndrome Association). I am doing the ride with a long time friend and ski mate Phil Morris. The good news is we have started training with two weeks to go so this is going to be a painful experience!!!
