In 2016 my son was taken by ambulance to Hayward’s heath intensive care unit critically ill.  He was with his younger brother and placed on a life support machine as his body’s internal organs shut down.  For 2 weeks we waited to see if he’d live. Thanks to the unbelievable care and expertise of the NHS doctors and nurses he not only survived but, after  a further 4 weeks on dialysis began the slow (2year) road to full recovery.  ON THE 20th OF APRIL 2020 we (myself and mark Lancaster) will be attempting to walk from Canterbury cathedral to the Vatican along the ancient pilgrim route the Via Francigena  we’re both window cleaners in our mid fifties  (hence men of the cloth).  We’d like to raise as much money as possible  for our amazing NHS  as a tiny Thankyou to the incredible people that dedicate their lives to saving ours PLEASE DONATE AND SHARE THIS PAGE IF POSSIBLE.
