I'm raising funds for Pieta House, an Irish charity that does great work in raising awareness and prevention of suicide and self-harm, which has become all to common in Ireland in the last few years. The more that can be done to help with prevention, the better. I'll be running in an Arsenal jersey in memory of a friend who is no longer with us.

All donations would be greatly appreciated. The race is 50km, 14.5 laps of Centennial Park in Sydney on 7th August, my birthday. I'm really looking forward to the challenge and hoping to raise as much as possible for this good cause.
