I am running the Bournemouth Half Marathon for the MS Trust to support our friend Graham and his wife Sally in their daily challenges living with MS. For all of you who know Graham, you will know of his strength and courage (and his plain stubbornness!!)

I tried to get him to join me but he didn't want to beat me and make me look bad!!!!
