I'm sleeping rough on Saturday 3 March so others don't have to!

As Bedford Borough Council's portfolio holder for homelessness, I want to raise awareness about the serious issue of homeless young people. I also want to raise money for this good cause.

YMCA is working in partnership with Bedford Borough Council to develop a Supported Lodgings and Crash Pad scheme. This provides a supported alternative to sleeping rough or sofa surfing.

Every £30 I raise will provide a Crash Pad bed for one night for one homeless young person. £50 provides a room and more. Please give generously.
