So on the 14th of march 2013 we'll be climbing mount kilimanjaro for the Roy Castle lungcancer foundation, we're doing lots and lots of training and walking round everywhere for miles looking like chumps! (any one in the norfolk area watch out!)  we'll also be doing the yorkshire 3 peaks challenge on the 11th of august as we live on the flat and want to check we can actually walk at gradients!

Its a huge challenge, and so's the fundrasing, but its a fantastic cause,so please check out the Roy Castle's website and check out the challenge and any help would be very much appreciated :)
