I'm running the Royal Parks half for Tommy's; the Baby Charity.  Tommy's exists to fund research into pregnancy problems and provides information to parents. They believe it is unacceptable that one in four women lose a baby during pregnancy and birth.

Miscarriage is something that has affected me personally a number of times and anything that can help understand the cause can only help all the people affected at different times in their lives.  It's also something we don't talk about and so I also support Tommy's to help provide information and advice on pregnancy and miscarriage.

I'm very lucky, I have two healthy boys who can run a lot faster than me........
