We're raising money for Hospice Care North Northumberland, who helped care for, and pamper, my wife and our Mam, Claire, during the last few weeks of her life. We were able to keep Claire at home with us, where she wanted to be, thanks to the hospice team and we couldn't be more grateful to them. The care they provided, to all of us as a family, and Claire, exceeded anything we knew was possible. All donations which might allow other families to also benefit from, and experience this care and support, would be much appreciated.
