After a back injury a few weeks ago, sadly I've had to pull out of the race but my lovely friend and work colleague's son Perys has stepped up and is runnng the 10k in my place. Thank you so much Perys - you're amazing! Good luck and smash it 😀

Perys Larcombe is 23 and wants to support Rose Road because they are an amazing charity that have done so much for his family, especially his younger brother Dylan.

After working in a background of insurance for years and finding myself in situation where I was unable to work due to my son's needs, I started looking at different types of work that fit in around my son.  My son has Aspergers Syndrome and ADHD.  Rose Road Association took me on with only a small amount of experience in this area and gave me such a great opportunity and I absolutely love working for them. Rose Road Association have such an amazing ethic and help so many children with disabilities and I want to give something back so that's why I'm raising money for them by taking part in the Southampton ABP 10k.
