I am taking part in The Brain Tumour Charity's 10k Twilight Walk in memory of my lovely dad who died of a brain tumour in 2010, and to raise money for this excellent charity. 

Too many families have their time together taken from them by a brain tumour. The Brain Tumour Charity are funding world-class research into better diagnosis techniques and new treatments, as well as the highest quality support and information available wherever and whenever it’s needed.

My target of £250 could cover a day of research for one of the charity's leading brain tumour researchers to further the understanding of a particular type of brain tumour to provide more targeted treatment.
