Joseph is the son of Mark and Helen Lillywhite.  Mark was bestman at our wedding 1999.  Joseph who is six was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma in January 2013.  This is a very rare, but increadibly agressive child cancer

I have decided enough is enough and i am finally going to shed the pounds.  My goal is to lose 3 stones by the 18th April 2014.  I will do this by adopting a health eating plan and taking regular exercise.
