I’ve seen what this disease can do and the impact on not only the individual, but carers and the wider family.  This is my opportunity to give something back.

After undergoing back surgery last year, I wasn’t sure what I would be able to achieve fitness wise.  However, the back is doing great, and therefore I see this as a massive personal challenge.
