I am taking part in the BUPA 10,000 event on 30th May! I want to raise as much money as possible for Refuge who on any given day supports 1,600 women and children. Its Refuge's 40th birthday year so please help us ensure that in 40 years time they will still be around providing essential and specialised support to women and children who desperately need their help.
