Been poorly so training been zero. Was supposed to be doing trial run with Cecily and Kerry today but although feel better couldn't have done long distance!!! Instead I did 10 miles on my own :-(

As you know this is not my normal thing. I am hoping to raise some money for this great charity and hope that LV= will match any donations so every little helps as a well known supermarket puts it :-)

I will be updating this page along the way.  With not very long to go until the ride I must admit the bike has still not been out anywhere near enough.  Time to change now (as Mike keeps reminding me - thanks Mike!!!!).
