So here we are again taking part in The Big Fun Walk for North London Hospice.
Anyone that knows our family will already know how much the hospice means to us and how we will forever be grateful for not only the care they gave to Dad but how they supported and looked after us as a family at a time we needed it the most. Words would not do it justice and by taking part in this walk and fundraising in anyway we can, is our little way of saying thank you and to give something back. Whilst we hope to never need the services the hospice offers again we truly understand how vital and important their services are and will always support them how we can.
In Dad’s last few weeks especially, the amazing doctors, nurses and carers took the best care of Dad with all the medical care and we were able to do all the loving, spend the most precious moments together and create memories even at the saddest of times.

Covid has stopped our big fun walk the last couple of years but this year we are back with a great team of family and friends including two of Dad’s Grandsons, Jack (16) and Oliver (8) who are both very keen to join the walk for Grandad and to continue to raise as much money as we can for the hospice. I know Dad would be immensely proud of them both.
