I am climbing the highest mountain in Europe, Mt Elbrus 5642M (my 2nd summit as part of the 7 Summit Club)..in Russia to raise money for Room to Read...the most inspirational charity..

Room to Read was founded by a Microsoft Marketing Exec after a trek in Nepal where he visited some local bookless schools .Within 10 years his charity has co built 1,128 schools, 10,000 libraries, and sponsored 8944 girls through school, and provided books for 7.4 million children.

I would like to raise £1500 for  150 students to have access to their first library, stocked with books, puzzles, games and a trained librarian and £1500 to sponsor 10 girls through school for a year.

I am paying the full cost of the trip myself, so everything you donate goes straight to the charity!
