Story

Thanks for visiting our Just giving page.

I am a Bocker truck crane AK35/3000 painted pink and ready for action.  My owners PMS Fabrications are hoping I will raise awareness and vital funds for continuing research and support.

My Manager Colin's partner Elaine was recently diagnosed with a rare GIST cancer and is currently receiving treatment at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.  Charlie Bear for Cancer Care raise funds for the Northern Centre for Cancer Care, helping to provide that little bit extra for local people with cancer. You can find out more about the great work they do at http://www.newcastle-hospitals.org.uk/services/cancer_charlie-bear-for-cancer-care-charitable-fund.aspx

My colleague's also wanted to show their support to the family and their chosen charity for the tremendous work they do by taking part in this years Great Cumbrian Run.

Thanks to your help and suggestions I've been christened HOPE.

We appreciate any amount you are able to donate as every little helps towards providing exceptional patient care and allows the charity to keep pace with fast-moving developments in medical equipment and treatment allowing them to achieve things more quickly than would have otherwise been possible.
