We are moving further, faster to help everyone affected by a brain tumour

Story

Hey... 3&a half yrs ago our lives were turned upside down. My Mum, who was healthy, and had no health issues suffered what we initially thought was a stroke at work. After a scan we were told the devastating news that she had a brain tumour. Not only that but it was inoperable. After a biopsy it was deemed she had a glioblastoma grade 4!

My mum was just 50 years old. She has been receiving chemotherapy the whole time and has continued to defy the odds. Overcoming radiotherapy and chemo to continue working right up until June of this year. This was despite having major surgery on her stomach and a huge seizure.

My mum is my inspiration. I hate that she is going through all of this. But what I hate the most is the fact there is no cure. This is why I'm fundraising. To help find a cure and more effective treatments.

Thank you for reading my story. I'm not prepared to lose my mum to this. We're going to continue the fight!! Join me!
