In memory of my Dad who passed away suddenly on Sunday 22 November 2015. Dad's beautiful granddaughter Lily-Rose Westerman has the condition Myotonic Dystrophy and the family have chosen this charity in his memory as he adored his granddaughter and we feel this is what Dad would have wanted.
