Story

George Gilmour died suddenly on the 17th of July 2010 aged just 58 whilst travelling around Europe on the trip of a lifetime living his dreams to the end.

George will be missed by his direct family of son (Andrew), daughter (Claire), wife (Sharon), brother (Jim), twin sister (June), ex-wife (Mary) and all the other friends and family that loved and shared many happy times with him throughout his life.

He will always be remembered for his energy, sense of fun, dynamism, enthusiasm and ambition. Always looking for the fun side of life.

Many of you will know that George had a heart operation a few years ago and hence always held the British Heart Foundation in high regards as a charity making a big difference to people's lives.

In memory of our father please find it in yourself to dig deep and donate some well earned money to a very deserving charity.

Thank you.
