Story
Some of you may know that yesterday I managed to complete The Stroke Association Thames Bike Ride crossing 15 bridges and over 33 miles from Southwark Bridge all the way to Hampton Court Bridge.
I'm very saddle sore but chuffed to have completed it in a whopping 6 hours, and I'm now raising money for the charity I did it for: The Stroke Assocation.
This charity is very close to my heart: both my lovely grandparents suffered from strokes and doing this in the memory of my grandad kept me going the last few miles.
If you could just donate even a few pounds to this great charity it would be massively appreciated.
£150 can help provide a life changing Life After Stroke Grant to a person affected by stroke. It can buy them a ramp so they can access their home more easily and be able to live a more independent life: that is my target amount.
Thanks and Love Claire xx
