Duchenne's muscular dystrophy is a condition which causes muscle weakness. It starts in childhood and may be noticed when a child has difficulty standing up, climbing or running. It is a genetic condition and can be inherited. It usually affects only boys.The life expectancy for these young boys is only in their late teens early/mid twenties. I've worked at Treloar College for 3 years now, having supported some of these amazing boys with this cruel condition. Their courage and love for life is incredible! Please help me raise money for the research of finding a cure. Many thanks X
