St Ann's Hospice nurses walk an average of two miles a day when caring for their patients - that's 4000 steps! The Step Up challenge is raising money for the hospice, and challenges people to get up on their feet in September.

I never run, and am rubbish at it, so have challenged myself to run the distance our nurses go in a month - 60 miles - not in one go of course, but still a huge challenge for me, especially as the Autumn weather begins!
