I've been roped into taking part in this years Belfast City Marathon as part of one of the Engineering Training Councils 'highly enthusiastic' running teams.  As a complete non-runner (a few months ago) i've decided that all my blood, sweat, tears and sore knees should help reward a good cause!!

I've decided to run for Macmillan cancer support, a very worthwhile cause and would appreciate any donations.
