Hi all,

As some of you know, I am doing the London Triathlon on Sunday; it's a 1,500 swim, 40km cycle and 10km run.   It's a crazy idea and I am just aspiring to not stumble over the finish line in the same manner as the British World Champion Alistair Brownlee a couple of weeks ago.

At almost the 11th hour, I have made the decision to raise some money for Action Aid which is a charity I have been supporting for many years by sponsoring a little girl in Haiti.  

Action Aid helps to tackle child poverty around the world and also gives children the chance of an education.

I know lots of people ask for sponsorship all the time for many good causes. If you can spare just £1 to helping children in the poorest regions, your money will make a difference to their lives.
