I am running this year's London Marathon for Look Good Feel Better, a charity that helps women regain their self esteem and confidence at a time when keeping positive must be harder than I can ever imagine. 

While this is not about curing this terrible disease or helping pay for nursing care for the sick, LGFB is a charity which has helped so many women in immeasurable ways and we can't underestimate their impact.
