I will be taking part in a 10k run on Sunday 07th June 2015 to help raise money for the 'Housing for Women Charity' who support, vunerable women & children to give them the best chances in life.

Housing for Women is a unique organisation, both a housing association and a charity, they provide homes and related services to empower women to make the most of the opportunities they have. They provide a number of specialist services for women who have suffered domestic abuse, been trafficked or released from prison. They challenge the inequalities faced by women, both practically and by campaigning on their behalf. Driven by their strong commitment to their mission they have ambitious plans to support and empower even more women through developing homes, extending their services and engaging more with residents and volunteers.
