Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So this page was initially set up in 2018 following my step-dad getting diagnosed with Cancer from the HPV virus - quite rare in males. He had to have three months of treatment at Weston Park., including daily radiotherapy and two full days of chemotherapy.  During the last 6 weeks he stayed in hospital and the care and support he received was amazing.  All of the staff are truly amazing people, where nothing was ever too much.

My son, Ciaran Mellor, wanted to raise some money for the cancer charity so did a sponsored head shave at the Race Night I had arranged in April 2019.

After the event, and seeing the success, I didn't want to end it there.  Whilst I was fit and well, unlike other people we raised money for, I planned to carry this on. So here we are, two years later and an amazing total so far.  Events I have organized include;

• Charity walks
• Charity runs
• Bike rides
• Football matches
