We are completely heart broken that our lovely silly kind thoughtful mum Christine has passed away after battling a bleed on her brain for the last couple of months.

Mum was a volunteer at Chickenshed, a theatre company that brings young people from all social and economic backgrounds, cultures and abilities to study creatively alongside each other, many of whom have been marginalised from mainstream educational settings. 

Community has always meant so much to mum and Chickenshed has been providing so much to people in our community since before Adam and I were born. If you have anything at all spare to give in Mums memory it would mean so much to Adam, Dad and I and I know it would mean so much to Mum too.

Chickenshed is a children's charity and theatre company founded in 1974. We nurture and empower children and young people from diverse backgrounds through our education courses, workshops and shows. Over 60% of the young people we reach experience isolation due to disadvantage.
