We've joined together to raise money for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in memory of our lovely colleague Lorraine Coop. Lorraine sadly passed away in March of this year at the age of just 33 following a very short 6 month battle with cancer. She received fantastic care from the doctors and staff at the Royal Marsden, and their work in searching for innovative ways to treat and cure cancer continues.

Please give anything you can to support this great cause. In exchange for parting with your hard earned cash we will run an unspecified distance (apparently between ten and twelve miles) up the Hills of Hell and through the Bogs of Doom at the end of November in the Hell Runner Down South trail race. Training is going well - Mike goes to football for an hour every week, and Paul is off to Dubai for a two week poolside holiday - so please donate to help get us all across the finishing line!
