On the 5th of January 2018, my father had an accident which led to him breaking his neck. The Wales Air Ambulance flew him from Llandovery to Heath Hospital in Cardiff immediately. As a result the work of the Air Ambulance increased the chances of my father not having further injuries. To thank them I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on the 7th of October
