Dear all,

I'm going to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon on Sunday Oct 9th in aid of Orchid Cancer Charity alongside colleagues from Coracle. 

Up until now I have been sensible enough to keep my trainers in their box and enjoy the comfort of my sofa. However, after working with Orchid I have been motivated to make a difference in the lives of some fantastic and very unfortunate men, and I'm excited to be taking on this challenge to support Orchid, a wonderful charity.

Every year over 43,000 men in the UK will be diagnosed with a male-specific cancer and the numbers are increasing. Orchid exist to save men’s lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers.
