Hello all,

I've decided (for no sane reason) to enter 3 long distance races within the space of 4 weeks in the hope of raising money for the Alzheimer’s society - this is in memory of my late Granddad who suffered from the illness and my nan who also has Alzheimers.

I will be taking part in the following events:

1. Richmond Park Half Marathon - Sunday 4th March 2012

2. Grenwich Park tough 15km run - Saturday 10th March 2012; and finally

3.  Reading Half Marathon - Sunday 1st April.

Any donation you can give would be greatly appreciated by me and the charity!
