Story
Thanks for visiting.
Some will know that my father had to deal with Parkinson's in his later years which was difficult for him and those around him.
There's a number of great things being done by Parkinson's UK in terms of the research and the support for both the individual and those around them, but this work needs funding to continue.
So in memory of my Dad I decided to get up off the sofa and compete in the Rough Runner on 14th May in Oxford. 10 miles of running with an obstacle every half mile, much like that you would see on BBC's Total Wipeout.
It might not be the longest of events, but this is certainly a challenge for me. Please donate what you can, and please do let others know, especially if Parkinson's has affected their lives in any way.
