I am a volunteer crew member at Poole lifeboat station and am challenging myself (and along with my friend Luke) to cycle 947 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats in June 2015.

It would be great if you could sponsor me as I aim to raise one pound per mile. All the money raised will be donated to the RNLI to continue to save lives at sea, both in Poole and around the UK and Ireland.

Poole lifeboats launched 121 times last year and were the busiest coastal station out of 236 stations around the UK and RoI.

The RNLI is funded entirely by charitable donations and I know first hand how every pound helps to save lives.
