Story

As most of you are aware I hate running, but not as much as I hate tigers facing extinction, bears kept in cages and other horrendous acts of cruelty.

To raise money for the Born Free Foundation, a charity set up to prevent needless animal suffering the world over, I'm doing the PUMA Hell Runner (no animal pun intended!!) – a 12 mile run through chest deep bogs, up steep muddy ascents and in probable near freezing temperatures, on 27th November!!

I've done nowhere near enough training and eaten way too many bags of Cadbury's Giant Buttons, so please donate as much as you can to make the pain more worthwhile...

Thank you x
