ManMOT, the chat and email service that puts service users in contact with GPs, has offered free, timely, anonymous and confidential support to more than 2100 people via chats and more than 2200 people via email in the past year. I want to raise money to support the continuation of this highly valued service. I plan to do this by asking you to choose a track and a location for me to perform. The Men's Health Forum will film it and put it up.
