Story

Team Howes Percival’s ‘The Gauntleteers’ are taking part in an ‘It’s A Knockout’ style games event on 4 June 2015 at the Leicester Tigers ground, battling through epic challenges such as ‘Medieval Madness’ and ‘King Richard III Jousting’ in the hope of being crowned the champions of the inaugural Gauntlet.

The team is made up of Chris Rees, Paul Bailey, Nick James, Nick Benton, Louise Piper, David Sauvain, Gabriella Harrison, Rachel Duffy, Lora Moutafova, James Czerniewski, Andy Swarbrick and Raquel Lesta of Newby Castleman.

The event, hosted by George Chuter and Paul Nixon, is organised by The Lord's Taverners’ L-Factor Committee and aims to raise lots of money for local charities assisting disadvantaged and disabled children.  Team Howes Percival aims to raise its target amount of £1,500.

For further information regarding the event, please visit The Gauntlet website and follow the twitter account @TheGauntletLeics for updates.
