Story
Just to give a little background to this...
I ran the London Marathon in 1997 and always meant to do another one. 20 years later here I am.
One of my very best mates was diagnosed with Leukaemia in October last year. He has spent 6 months in the Georgina Ward of Russell's Hall hospital and tells me that as well as needing funding, they need WD40 oil for the squeaking doors.
During 2016 I also saw first hand the amazing work that the palliative care nurses do from Compton Hospice. The moral support and love that they give during the final weeks, days and hours of someones life is incredible.
So I decided to raise a few quid if I could... so thank you. I'll let you know how I get on!
