It's a fact that 1 in 8 women in the UK will be diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  After 10 operations/procedures, Chemo, Radiotherapy & Herceptin, I will celebrate 5 years in remission this year thanks to research, new drugs & Breast Cancer Care. Woohoo!

To mark the occasion & also to help raise money for Breast Cancer Care, I am doing the Kinabalu Challenge in Borneo in March 2013, with my sister Terri Bound, sister-in-law Trudi Peel & friend Kate Daveron. This is a race that involves being helicoptered into the jungle, cycling, running, kayaking, white water rafting and then climbing Mount Kinabalu (4000 metres +).
