Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
In March 2022 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer, which came as a huge shock to myself and my family. After an operation in April, I’m still on the road to recovery with ongoing monitoring, scans and blood tests. I’m doing ok and enjoying my running again!
It’s been a lifelong ambition to run the London marathon, after many years of trying the ballot I reached out to Macmillan and was lucky enough to be allocated a place for 2023. Now I just need to raise funds and run it! Exciting yet nervous times!
Fully appreciate times are very hard right now, with ever increasing uncertainty and rising costs Any help that can be given will be hugely appreciated by myself and Macmillan. They gave me excellent support, material and advice.
